At the core of my mission is the belief that everyone deserves to lead a healthy life. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities to make informed, nutritious choices that enhance their overall well-being.​

With a solid background in Human Nutrition, Public Health, Performance and Naturopathy I bring both passion and expertise to every client I work with. A graduate of the University of Westminster with a BSc in Human Nutrition, I further honed my knowledge by pursuing an MSc in Dietetics from University College London. She also holds additional qualifications in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy.

My diverse experience spans several years, working with organizations like Everyone Health and The Food Chain in London, where I developed tailored nutritional plans and delivered public health education. I have played an instrumental role in promoting diabetes prevention, weight loss programs, and healthier lifestyle habits through workshops, cooking lessons, and 1-on-1 counseling sessions.
